Ask the homeowner to repair the problem to your satisfaction, then have the item reinspected. You can also ask your realtor to put in another offer minus the cost of the repair. Remember if you love the home almost anything can be fixed or worked out.

We recommend that at least the buyer attend the inspection. We would like to see all parties including the realtors but that is not always possible. If you have a friend or family member that would like to attend please bring them along.
